The Institute for Manufacturing (Ifm) are offering free use of some of their services in conjunction with MAS nationally to selected companies in the region for a limited period.

The offer provides a simple way for companies to check their Strengths and Weaknesses and as appropriate to seek direct support from the IfM to develop their business strategy, supply chain or new product introduction programme.

As a first step you can complete a simple on line diagnostic that will provide feedback which may help you in prioritisation of your improvement programme. The attached communication letter from IfM includes the link.
