Based in St.Albans, Hertfordshire, Selectaglaze is a market leader in the manufacture and installation of secondary aluminium glazing systems. Selectaglaze has provided a wide range of clients throughout the UK with the benefits of improved noise and thermal insulation, and extra security against physical or terrorist attack. Faced with increasing orders, MAS-East were invited to advise on improving the planning and scheduling process and material flow through the fabrication area.

Based in Peterborough, the Omega Group is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of double glazed UPVC windows, doors and conservatories to a wide range of trace and commercial customers. The MAS-East team were invited to review already efficient processes to see if Omega could improve their office and factory processes further and improve their competitive advantage and maintain margin.

Putting design first
