About MAS East
The East of England Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS East) is jointly funded by BERR, the Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform (formerly the DTI) and EEDA, providing manufacturing businesses with expert advice through hands-on support, training and events.

MAS EAST delivers significant measurable improvements to businesses by helping them improve their performance and productivity

The improved productivity and performance of individual companies is measured using the recognised Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) model. Average improvements in companies in each of these areas following MAS intervention is recorded as follows:
